I came across a post on Social Media this morning that I connected to intuitively. I had been thinking about it for a few days now and this morning during my meditation and time with my Spiritual Time the message was clear and then you get on with your day and see something that confirms it.
The message was along the similar lines of today is only today and can have nothing to do with yesterday if you allow it.
As we live through each day we tend to roll all days together instead of separating them and looking to start each day as an opportunity of a fresh start. We pull negative situations from our past into each day and start off heavy and stressed even before we've had time to let the day unfold!
You can have a fresh mindset about everything in your life currently if you just let go of all the dramas of yesterday. If you are willing to start again and start stronger, life can be truly amazing.
Every day is filled with new opportunities. New opportunities to change the way you feel about a situation, how you handle a dilemma, a decision etc.
Today does not contain all of yesterday. It's a clean slate for you to manifest an awesome life for yourself. To let go of resentments and anger and to just live. To make new what is old and doesn't serve you and to really give yourself the opportunity of being happy.
Don't carry the baggage of yesterdays.
You dealt with yesterday already, so now its time to focus on your today - the day you have been blessed with and the only day you can begin to make an awesome future for yourself.
So ask yourself -
What Do I want from today?
What do I want to experience today?
What can I do that brings solutions, joy and fulfillment into my life today?
And then, start with that and let that be your focus for today and each day you are blessed with life.
You are not who you were yesterday. Your conscious self has had a break from the world during your sleep and now you have woken up with a new conscious self...so how about focusing on that and make giving yourself the best, be your number one item on your agenda today.
Until Next Time
Peace and Blessings
