Life can throw at you many curveballs and those around you can have their opinions of what you should do in reaction to those difficult times, but this can often make things worse.
What surprised me through an emergency I was going through was how some people would turn the situation to talk about themselves and what they are struggling with, without no thought that - Your timing is well off!
So what do you do when this happens? Do you get angry with others and pull them up on it or do you just walk away from all the noise and do the best thing...connect to the true source...your Highest Self?
The latter is the way to go!!!
Notice, I am not saying just your Higher Self, I am speaking about your Highest Self. The Self that is above the ego and the human context of living and is all-knowing and all-wise. The self that has the answers without judgment, limits and without pressure. The self that doesn't lay opinions on you, but guides you on the basis of love and peace.
That's your intuition. Trust that and you will block out all the noise from naysayers or anyone who wants to add to your stress.
When you connect to your Highest Self not only do you feel a sense of calm, but you gain a sense of knowing. A knowing that is so strong that you know its the right answer for you.
No matter what your situation is, always go within and connect and trust in your intuition. It can never steer you wrong.
We all have intuition, both Males and Females and the more you tap into it, the more it will serve you and help you out.
There is no better person that knows what is right for you than your Highest Self. It's your spiritual self, which never changes and never leaves you.
As someone who has had to lean into my Highest Self this week for guidance and strength to break down the noise around me, it has served me well and the strength goes beyond physical and mental. Courage comes from your Highest Self so please trust your intuition no matter what.
Until next time
Peace and Blessings
