You have probably heard of the quote from the Bible:
"As a man thinketh in his heart, so he is - Proverbs 23.7 (King James Version)"
Man/ Woman has the same meaning and this is true for all of us ladies out there.
How you perceive life and growing older, is how you will live your life and grow older. If you perceive that growing older is a time of life where you begin to struggle both physically and mentally than guess what? This is what you will attract to you and experience. What you think about your age and your future is what you become. Knowing this, your action must be to change your thoughts. Do this and your life and future will change dramatically for the better.
I've spoken about the Quantum mindset in an earlier blog post, but all too often we forget this and go back to our old ways. I don't want this for you, so every opportunity I can get to remind you of this important fact, I will.
Imagine, if you woke up one morning and realised that no matter how hard you try, you cannot remember how old you are? Imagine that your memory stopped at you being 28 years old, how would you behave?
How would you feel?
What activities would you be doing?
I bet you will be living a far more active life if this was so right? So what is stopping you now that you do know how old you are?
It's your mindset? It's the image you have believed and kept for so many years that holds you to the thought that you must slow down.
It's time to put that image away and change your perception. It's time to get back in touch with that 28-year-old and think like that true essence of youngness that you are and keep taking action.
You can only struggle later on in life if that is what you assign to yourself in your head. As you thinketh so shall you be. It really is that simple.
You can be fit and healthy at 85. You can travel or take up a new hobby at 60. You can start a business in your 70s. The only reason you cannot is the reason you hide behind and keep telling yourself. Change that reason and what you keep telling yourself and you will make these things happen.
Dreams and goals do not have an age limit. Dreams and goals are not age-discriminatory. They are there for everyone to grab, so what are you waiting for? Think and become that which you can be any time you choose.
Until next time
Peace and Blessings xoxo
